About the 3rd Ranger Battalion
The 3rd Ranger Battalion is an Arma Reforger military simulation (Milsim) community structured around the traditions, discipline, and operational standards of a real-world Ranger unit. We emphasize teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement through structured training and a demanding selection program.
Our Mission
Conduct realistic, structured operations that reward coordination, communication, and disciplined small-unit tactics over individual heroics.
Selection
Every Ranger earns their place through the Ranger Assessment & Selection Program (RASP) — a multi-phase evaluation of skill and character.
Training
A progressive training pipeline from the Entry Exam through Airborne and Ranger School keeps every member combat-ready.
Organization
Organized into Cobra Company with platoons and squads, each member fills a defined billet and military occupational specialty.
